Arrowhead is the gated village at the western end of Beaver Creek resort, and Town to Mountain Express drives there straight from Denver International Airport. One way, a private sedan is $575, a private SUV is $600 and a 14-passenger Sprinter van is $1,200. Prices are per vehicle with driver gratuity included, and Arrowhead costs less than rides into Beaver Creek Village itself.
The drive is about 125 to 135 miles, roughly 2 hours 40 minutes. Your driver leaves I-70 at Edwards, passes the Arrowhead gate and stops at your townhome or lodge door, so you can step out right next to the Arrowhead lift with your skis.
Arrowhead Airport Transportation: Gate, Lodging and Local Tips
Arrowhead feels more like a neighborhood than a ski village. Most visitors stay in:
- Arrowhead Village townhomes and condos near the Arrowhead Express lift and the Arrowhead Alpine Club
- Private homes along the winding roads above the village and around the Country Club of the Rockies golf course
- Nearby Edwards, just below the gate, where many guests stop for groceries on the way in
Arrowhead has a staffed entrance gate, so add your property name and any access notes when you book. From the village, the Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch lifts connect you to the rest of Beaver Creek without driving. For departing flights in winter, plan a pickup about four hours before your flight time.
